Back by popular demand, we are bringing back 4 more yoga nidra and reiki classes with Samantha! This class is great for those who deal with stress, sleeplessness, chronic pain, anxiety, or just want to relax. This restorative guided meditation is practiced in savasana (lying down) and will keep your mind occupied as your body rests. Group Reiki will be channeled which adds an extra layer of support.
